Greetings! I’m Jim Libenow, owner and founder of Libenow Property Management. I began my career in real estate and property management decades ago through first-hand experience. I worked alongside my family learning about the property market and performing basic maintenance and repairs. I then studied real estate and property management more thoroughly as a student at Central Washington University and purchased my first investment property with my brother in the early 1990’s. I felt that there was a void between landlords and tenants and wanted to provide students and families with not only quality homes, but also affordable prices and top-tier service.
Both the property management and real estate brokerage sides of our business stem from a philosophy of honesty, integrity, and client-first mentality. While we know all the factors involved in managing a home, we also understand that every project commands a unique approach and presents an opportunity to build a valuable relationship with the tenant, owner, or investor.
Today, as a husband to my incredible wife and father to six boys, I am more passionate then ever about helping people achieve their goals.
